First Cleaning Time Adjustment & Condition Policy

Please note that our First Cleaning service is estimated based on a reasonable, average level of buildup for a home that has not been professionally maintained but is in standard living condition, with a typical amount of furnishings and household items.

 

Upon arrival, our Team Leader will conduct a brief visual assessment before beginning the service. If the home requires substantially more time due to any of the following:

 

• Heavy buildup or deferred maintenance

• Excessive dirt, grease, or accumulation

• High volume of décor, artwork, collectibles, knickknacks, or detailed surfaces

• Numerous electronics, appliances, or specialty items requiring careful cleaning

• Higher-than-average furnishing density or detailed attention

 

and the estimated time is insufficient to complete the cleaning to our company standards, the Team Leader will immediately inform you of the required time adjustment (typically an additional hour for the team). At that time, you may choose to:

 

• Approve the additional time at our standard team hourly rate, and we will proceed with the service

 or

• Decline the adjustment, in which case our team will respectfully withdraw prior to starting.

Suncoast Maids Cleaning reserves the right to decline service if the adjusted time is not approved.
